开发的海洋四级系泊锚链产品 ,通过成分设计、热处理特性的试验研究及工业性试制 ,生产出的热轧棒材具有较高的抗拉强度、较高的低温冲击值 ;具有良好的焊接性能、冷弯性能和良好的热处理特性 ;淬火和回火的热处理控制范围宽 ,完全可以满足制链工艺要求 ,适宜于制链工业大生产。
The marine mooring chain steel (R4) has been developed through the composition design,heat-treatment performance investigation and pilot-plant test.Hot rolled bar has high tensile strength,high low-temperature impact value and good weldability,cold bendability and heat-treatment property over a wide range of quenching and tempering,which is fully enough to meet the technological requirements of producing chain and suitable for commercial chain manufacture.
