The Investigation of Virtual Communities Based on the Systems Perspective

摘要 从系统观视角首先分析了构成虚拟社区的要素及其它们之间的内在联系,然后指出了作为系统的虚拟社区普遍存在的主要特征,最后依据这些特征提出了提升虚拟社区的社会价值和经济价值的关键管理工作。 This paper firstly analyzes the ingredients the virtual communities are composed of and their mutual interactions from the systems perspective.Then,it points out the main features which generally exist in the systematic virtual communities.According to these features,the key management work is finally put forward in order to enhance the social and economic values of the virtual communities.
