摘要
通过对澳大利亚哈默斯利铁矿和钮曼山铁矿进行单矿烧结试验 ,研究了不同燃料用量和混合料水分对烧结指标的影响。同时也研究了国内混合矿配加澳矿对烧结产、质量的影响。研究表明 :适当配加澳矿对烧结指标无不利影响 ,相反能提高烧结矿铁品位 ,提高冶炼效益。
In this paper, the influences of different content of coke and moisture of mix on sintering indexes was researched by the sintering experiment with single sort of iron ore from Hamersley and Newman of Australia. At the same time,the affections of adding Australia iron ore into domestic mix on the output and quality of sinter was studied. The results indicated that compounding the Austalia iron ore would not bring bad effect to sintering indexes but would increase iron content of sinter and impove the benefit of smelt.
