摘要
通过在三烧进行添加催化强化剂的工业试验 ,验证了催化强化剂能增产降耗的试验室研究结果。工业试验表明 ,烧结添加 0 .0 2 2 8%催化强化剂 ,可降低煤耗 10 %以上 ,增产5%。
Through industrial sintering test with addition of catalysts conducted in №3 sintering plant,the laboratory test result that catalyst could increasing sinter output and decreasing consumption ,was confirmed.The industrial test showed that with addition of 0.0228% catalysts,the coal consumption could decreasing more than 10%,the sinter output could increasing 5%.
