中西医结合治疗肩周炎84例临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of frozen shoulder

目的总结中西医结合治疗肩周炎的经验及临床体会。方法将本科收治的84例肩周炎患者随机分为2组,观察组患者接受中西医结合治疗,对照组患者接受西医治疗,比较2组患者疗效以及不良反应。结果 2组患者治疗后肩关节各活动度均较治疗前明显增高,VAS评分明显降低,治疗组患者肩关节活动度改善程度以及VAS评分降低程度均明显优于对照组,且总有效率显著高于对照组。结论中西医结合疗法疗效更为显著,且标本兼治,可以作为治疗肩周炎的推荐疗法,进行推广应用。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of frozen shoulder patients.Methods Eighty-four frozen shoulder patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,while the control group only received western medicine.The efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the shoulder activity in both groups improved significantly,while the VAS scores decreased significantly.The improvement of shoulder activity and decrease of VAS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective in the treatment of frozen shoulder.It is worthy of wider clinical application.
