体部γ刀治疗中晚期胰腺癌36例临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of body gamma knife treatment in 36 patients with pancreatic carcinoma

目的探讨体部γ刀治疗中晚期胰腺癌患者的护理要点。方法对体部γ刀治疗36例中晚期胰腺癌患者进行临床观察及护理。结果γ刀治疗36例胰腺癌患者治疗期间胃肠道反应26例(72.2%),经对症治疗后均按计划完成治疗,治疗后患者上腹部及腰背部疼痛明显减轻22例(61.1%),减黄2例(50%)。结论体部γ刀治疗中晚期胰腺癌是较安全有效的治疗方法,护理人员在治疗前中后期给予患者正确有效的指导并对治疗过程中存在的危险因素采取有效的护理干预措施,可提高治疗效果,降低死亡率。

Objective To discuss the nursing strategies of body gamma knife treatment in patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Methods The clinical observation and nursing interventions were performed in 36 advanced pancreatic carcinoma patients treated with body gamma knife.Results Among all 36 patients,there were 26（72.2%） with acute gastrointestinal toxicity,who completed the whole course of treatment.The pain of the upper abdomen and back were obviously lightened in 22 patients（61.1%）,and remission of jaundice in 2 patients（50%）.Conclusion Body gamma knife treatment is safe and effective for advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Right and effective guidance from the nursing staff during the whole treatment course and effective nursing interventions to the risk factors in the treatment course can improve efficacy and decrease mortality.
