健康教育路径在鼻咽癌调强放疗中的应用及效果分析

Application and analysis of health education pathway in nasopharyngeal carcinoma with intensity-modulated radiation therapy

目的探讨健康教育路径在鼻咽癌患者调强放射治疗中的应用及效果。方法对35例实施调强放疗的鼻咽癌患者应用健康教育路径方法进行健康教育。结果 35例患者均完成规定治疗,放疗不良反应轻,自我护理能力提高,对护士护理满意度100%。结论对调强放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者应用健康教育路径法进行健康教育可以提高患者治疗护理依从性,减轻放射不良反应,改善出院后的自我护理能力,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of implementing health education pathway in nasopharyngeal carcinoma with intensity-modulated radiation therapy（IMRT）.Methods Health education pathway was conducted to 35 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with IMRT.Results All 35 patients completed the whole treatment.The adverse reactions of radiotherapy were light and self-care ability of those patients improved.The satisfactoriness rate to the nursing staff reached 100%.Conclusion Health education pathway can improve nursing compliance of patients,relieve adverse reactions caused by radiation,and improve their self-care nursing ability and quality of life.
