护理干预对肾病综合征患者用药依从性的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on medication compliance of patients with nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨护理干预对肾病综合征患者用药依从性和疗效的影响。方法将住院的肾病综合征患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,干预组实施一系列护理干预,对照组进行常规的护理、用药指导。对2组患者治疗的疗效及依从性进行分析。结果干预组患者用药的依从性明显好于对照组(P<0.01),血浆蛋白上升率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可提高肾病综合征患者的药物治疗依从性,提高治疗效果,临床中值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on medication compliance and efficacy of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods Hospitalized patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group（n=40） and intervention group（n=40）.The intervention group received nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing and clinical medication guidance.The medication compliance and efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.Results The medication compliance was better in the intervention group than in the control group（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group,the increase of serum albumin were significantly higher in the intervention group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve medication compliance with and efficacy of patients with nephritic syndrome.Thus it is worthy of wider clinical application.
