摘要
目的探讨齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症所致不良反应并提出其不良反应的护理对策。方法使用齐拉西酮治疗82例精神分裂症患者,观察其不良反应。结果齐拉西酮在临床使用中的不良反应发生率较低,锥体外系反应较多。结论精神分裂症患者服用齐拉西酮的不良反应发生率低,护理人员有效的护理措施能够提高医疗护理质量,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the adverse reactions in the treatment of schizophrenia by Ziprasidone and the nursing strategy proposed adverse reactions.Method of 82 cases of patients with schizophrenia were treatment by ziprasidone,and were observe the adverse reactions.Results The adverse effects of ziprasidone is a low incidence in clinical use.Conclusion The incidence of adverse reactions in schizophrenic patients taking ziprasidone is low,and nursing care measures to improve the quality of medical care,improve patients′ quality of life.
