摘要
目的探讨5例难治性心力衰竭患者床边单纯超滤的护理。方法通过切实有效的心理护理,血管通路的建立与维护,严密监测病情变化及时观察和处理并发症,做好舒适护理。结果 5例患者通过超滤治疗后,配合积极护理,心衰症状明显改善,未出现并发症。结论严密观察病情变化,积极有效的护理则是治疗过程中不可缺少的重要环节,临床采取相应措施防治严重并发症是保证超滤成功的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing of bedside isolated ultrafiltration in 5 patients with refractory heart failure. Methods The comfortable nursing was in its place through effective psychological nursing, establishment and maintenance of vascular access, close monitoring of the progression of disease, and timely identification and treatment of complications. Results Through the treatment of ultrafiltration with active nursing, conditions of heart failure symptoms markedly improved with no complications. Conclusion Close observation of the progression of disease, active and effective nursing are indispensable in the treatment process. Clinical countermeasures to prevent complications are essential to the success of ultrafiltration.
