护理干预对髋部手术后深静脉血栓形成的效果

The effect of nursing intervention of deep vein thrombosis after hip surgery

目的分析护理干预对髋部手术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取行髋部手术的患者142例,随机分为观察组与对照组各71例。对照组使用骨科髋关节手术常规护理。观察组在使用骨科髋关节手术常规护理的基础上,加用针对性的护理干预。比较2组护理后下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及护理满意度的差异。结果经护理干预后,观察组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率(5.6%)远低于对照组(22.5%)。观察组患者护理满意度为满意81.7%,一般15.5%,较差2.8%;对照组患者满意40.8%,一般42.3%,较差16.9%。观察组的护理满意度明显优于对照组。结论护理干预可以有效减少髋部手术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率,切实提高了患者的护理满意度,推动护理学科发展,值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Objective Analysis the effect of nursing intervention of deep vein thrombosis af- ter hip surgery. Methods Selected 142 cases of hip surgery patients, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 71 cases. Control group using the routine care of ortho- pedic hip surgery. Based on the use of routine care in orthopedic hip surgery, the observation group targeted for nursing intervention. The difference of the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis incidence was of （5.6 % ） was much lower than the control group （22.5 % ）. The patients in the nursing satisfac- tion for the satisfaction of 81.7%, general 15.5%, poor 2.8% ; 40.8% satisfied, 42.3% usually, 16.9 % poor with the control group patients. Group care satisfaction were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can be effective in reducing the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after hip surgery, effectively improve the satisfaction of patient care, promote the development of nursing science, it is worth in clinical widely applications.
