The availability of the reheating furnace has been raised and consumption of the refractory material and inspection and repair cost reduced and the goal for energy saving and consumption reduction achieved by revamp of the water cooled beam of No.3 reheating furnace in the Plate Mill, and thus the production cost of the Mill effectively cut down.
