摘要
目的研究基质金属蛋白酶11(MMP-11)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用荧光定量PCR方法检测40例胃癌组织和40例癌旁组织中的MMP-11mRNA的表达。结果荧光定量PCR检测胃癌组织及癌旁组织中MMP-11mRNA的表达水平发现癌组织中的MMP-11mRNA表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),MMP-11mRNA的表达与胃癌淋巴转移以及分期相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别及分化程度及大小无关。结论 MMP-11mRNA在胃癌组织中的高表达,与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。MMP-11很有可能在胃癌的发病机制中起着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-11（MMP-11） in human gastric cancer.Methods The MMP-11 m RNA expression was examined quantitatively by using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction on a cohort of human gastric cancer tissues（n=40） and corresponding adjacent tissues（n=40）.Results The results of fluorescent quantitative-PCR showed that the expression level of MMP-11 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of the adjacent tissues（P〈0.05））.However the expression of MMP-11 mRNA had no correlation with the age and gender of patients,differentiation and size of gastric cancer.Conclusion MMP-11 mRNA is over-expressed in gastric cancer tissues and significantly correlates with clinical prognosis,and may have an important role in gastric cancer development and disease progression.
