股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着中国社会人口结构的老龄化,骨科疾病病谱与发生变化,股骨转子间骨折发病率呈上升趋势,占全身骨折的3.0%~4.0%,占髋部骨折的35.7%[1-2],非手术治疗患者卧床时间长,易出现各种并发症。因此在患者自身条件的许可的情况下,手术内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折为骨科业界所共识。
