摘要
设计了载乙醇活性炭真空微波解吸的试验流程,采用近似法测定了载乙醇活性炭真空微波解吸的出口浓度曲线。阐述了在真空条件下微波解吸负载有水和乙醇这类低沸点化合物的活性炭的机理,对真空微波解吸的分离过程进行了分析。试验结果表明:在各种微波功率下,中期乙醇出口浓度均高于前后期;在320 W微波功率下,80 s即出现乙醇出口质量分数的最高峰值54%;在680 W微波功率下,60 s即出现乙醇出口质量分数的最高峰值64%;质量分数4%的低浓度乙醇水溶液经两次活性炭吸附-真空微波解吸循环后,乙醇出口质量分数的峰值可达96%以上。
The experiment process for microwave-desorption of ethanol-loaded activated carbon under vacuum condition was designed, and the approximation method was used for the determination of the outlet concentration curves. This paper sets forth the principle for microwave-desorption of ethanol-loaded activated carbon under vacuum condition. Also, the separation process of microwave-desorption was analyzed. The experimental results show that the outlet concentration in the medium-term is the highest under a variety of power. The highest mass fraction value 54% appears at 80s when the microwave power is 320W, and the highest mass fraction value 64% appears at 60s when the microwave power is 680W. After two processes of activated carbon adsorption and microwave-desorption under vacuum condition, the mass fraction of ethanol can come up to over than 96% from 4%.
