摘要
目前线材轧机常用的合金铸铁辊环耐磨性低 ,而硬质合金辊环成本较高。为此 ,采用离心铸造方法 ,开发了耐磨性能优良的高速钢辊环 ,其硬度达HRC63~ 65,辊面硬度差小于HRC2 ,冲击韧性大于 1 6J/cm2 。用于线材轧机预精轧段 ,使用寿命比合金铸铁辊环提高 6~ 1 0倍 ,接近了硬质合金辊环的水平。着重介绍了高速钢辊环的离心铸造和热处理的主要工艺 。
The highspeed steel roll collar for wire rod mill,with excellent wear resistance,has been developed by centrifugal casting,its hardness is up to 6356HRC,impact toughness larger than 16J/cm2 and the difference of roll surface hardness lower than 2HRC.The span life of this roll collar is 6~10 times longer than the conventional one's,approaching that of hard alloy roll collar.The main technologies for centrifugal casting and heat treatment of high speed steel roll collar are detailed,and the process of improving the quality of high speed roll collar by reducing its segregation and casting crack is approached.
