摘要
教师的教学能力总是在教学活动中生成和发展起来并在教学中展现,课堂观察是提升职前教师教学能力,促进其专业发展的一种有效形式。文章在分析课堂观察内涵、维度的基础上,从明确观察目的、确定观察内容、选择观察方法、处理观察信息几方面探讨职前教师进行课堂观察的策略。
Teacher's ability of teaching^is mainly acquired-and developed in.teaching activity where it is also shown ascompany. Class Observation (CO), as an effective way to promote their professional development, can help pre-vocational teachers improve this kind of ability. According to the paper including analyses of definitions and dimensions of CO, the author explores some strategies of CO for pre-vocational teachers from the following aspects: making the purpose of CO clear, deciding what observes, choosing ways to observe, dealing with the information.
