吴蕴瑞教育思想对培养创新型体育人才的启示

高校承担着知识传播、科学研究、服务社会及引领创新的重任。目前,世界发达国家高等教育正在不断调整教育发展战略,改革教育思想、学科专业结构、人才培养计划、教学内容和教学方法,以适应不断发展的社会。中国高等教育正进入持续、快速、健康发展的新形势,高校教学改革引起了专家学者的高度重视。其实,教学改革实际上不单纯是教学本身的改革,而是培养模式、办学理念的改革。当前,高校应首先围绕如何培养创新人才来寻求教学改革的新突破。中国现代体育科学理论的奠基者之一,上海体育学院首任院长吴蕴瑞教授的教育思想,对当今中国体育高等院校的改革和发展仍具有现实指导意义。

Universities bear the mission of knowledge spreading, researching, serving the society and leading creations. Currently, higher education in the most developed countries are constantly adjusting its strategy of the development of education, reforming the education ideas, structure of subjects and majors, plans of cultivation, teaching contents and methods, so as to fit the developing society. Higher education in our countries has been in a new tendency of developing continuously, rapidly, and healthily. Actually, teaching reform is no~ only the reform of teaching itself, but also that of cultivating modes as well as teaching ideas. Now, universities should first seek for new breakthrough of teaching reform in the base of how to cultivate creative talents. The teaching idea of Wu Yunrui, the first dean of Shanghai Physical Education College and one of the founders of modern PE education theory in China, still has guiding significance to the reform and develooment in current PE colleges in China.
