阿立哌唑与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者心电图的影响

Effects of aripiprazole and clozapine on EKG of schizophrenia patients

目的探讨阿立哌唑与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者心电图的影响。方法将95例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组（48例）和对照组（47例），分别应用阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗。观察8周。于治疗前及治疗后第4周、8周末进行心电图检查。结果阿立哌唑组实性心动过速、T波改变、ST段改变、QT间期延长发生率均显著低于氯氮平组（P〈0．05或0．01）；治疗第4周、8瑚末，阿立哌唑组心电图异常发生率分别为12．50％、20．83％，氯氮平组分别为53.19％、68．09％，同期两组间比较差异均有极显著性（P〈0．01）。结论阿立哌唑和氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的心电图均有影响，但阿立哌唑致心电图改变发生率低于氯氮平，程度较轻，安全性相对较高。

Objective To explore the effects of aripiprazole and clozapine on EKG of schizophrenia patients. Methods Ninety five schizophrenics were randomly as-signed to research （n=48） and control group （n=47） and respectively treated with aripiprazole and clozap ine for 8 weeks. EKG examinations were undertaken before treatment and at the end of the 4th and 8th week. Results The incidences of sinus tachycardia, T wave changes, S-T segment changes and prolonged Q-T interval were significantly lower in research than in control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）; at the end of the 4th and 8th week, the incidences of abnormal EKG were respectively 12. 50% and 20.83% in research and 53.19~ and 68. 09% in control group, contemporaneous group differences were very significant （p〈0.01）. Conclusion Both aripiprazole and clozapinc have influences on EKG, but the incidences of EKG changes caused by aripiprazole are lower than by clozapine and EKG changes by aripiprazole milder, and aripiprazole has relatively higher safety in the treatment of schizophrenia.
