摘要
目的探讨地方大学生入伍干部职业满意度状况及其与情绪特征的相关性,为维护地方大学生入伍干部心理健康,提高部队凝聚力和战斗力提供依据。方法对287名地方大学生入伍干部采用自编个人情况调查问卷、军人职业满意度问卷、艾森克个性问卷和症状自评量表进行测评分析。结果地方大学生入伍干部军人职业满意度问卷因子平均分:领导者素质〉工作与生活环境〉专业与工作性质〉总体满意度〉物质与社会待遇;地方大学生本科入伍干部军人职业满意度问卷各因子评分均显著高于硕士、博士(P〈0.01);地方大学生入伍干部症状自评量表抑郁、恐怖因子分和艾森克个性问卷神经质维度评分与军人职业满意度各因子分呈显著负相关(P〈0.05或0.01),焦虑因子分与军人职业满意度问卷除总体满意度外的因子分呈显著负相关(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论地方大学生入伍干部的总体职业满意度处于中等水平,其负性情绪越高,职业满意度越低。
Objective To explore job satisfaction and its correlation with emotion characteristics among army cadres of local college students in order to provide ba sis for protecting their mental health and improving army' s cohesiveness and combat effectiveness. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Self-made Individual Information Questionnaire (SIIQ), Solders' Job Satisfaction Scale(SJSS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) among 287 army cadres of local college students. Results Factor average score of the SJSS is that leader diathesis score working and living environment 〉 speciality and job nature 〉 total satisfaction 〉 material and social treatment; each factor score of the SJSS were significantly higher in undergraduate student's cadres than in master's and doctor's ones (P〈0.01); depression and phobia score of the SCL-90 were significantly negatively related to neuroticism of the EPQ and each factor of the SJSS (P〈0.05 or 0.01), so was anxie- ty score to other factor except total satisfaction (P〈0.05 or 0.01 ). Conclusion The total iob satisfactionof the cadres is moderate level, the higher their negative emotion is, the lower their job satisfaction becomes.
