氟西汀联合心理干预治疗抑郁症对照研究

A control study of fluoxetine combined with mental interven- tion in the treatment of depression

目的探讨氟西汀联合心理干预治疗抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法将130例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各65例，两组均晨口服氟西汀治疗，研究组在此基础上联合心理干预治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表和社会功能量表评定临床疗效。结果治疗8周末两组汉密顿抑郁量表、社会功能量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01）；但研究组均较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．01）。结论氟西汀联合心理干预治疗抑郁症疗效显著，优于单用氟西汀治疗。

Objective To explore the efficacy of fluoxetine combined with mental intervention in the treatment of depression. Methods A total of 130 depressionpatients were randomly divided into research and control group of 65 ones each, both groups took orally fluoxetine in the morning, and research group was plus mental intervention for 8 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Social Function Rating Scale （SFRS） before treatment and at the end of the 8th week. Results At the end of the 8th week the HAMD and SFRS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.01）, so did those in research than in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with mental intervention has an evi- dent effect in the treatment of depression compared with single fluoxetine.
