健康教育路径在2型糖尿病临床治疗中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径在2型糖尿病临床治疗中的作用。方法将130例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,每组65例。对照组予以常规健康教育,研究组按照健康教育路径开展健康教育,观察治疗全程。统计两组治疗前后血糖控制情况、糖尿病知识掌握情况、满意度及住院情况,并进行对比分析。结果健康教育后,两组空腹血糖、早餐后血糖水平均较健康教育前显著降低(P〈0.01),且研究组较对照组下降更显著(P%0.01);两组空腹血糖、早餐后血糖控制均优于健康教育前(P〈0.05或0.01),且研究组显著优于对照组(P〈0.01);研究组糖尿病知识掌握情况、满意度均显著优于对照组(P〈0.01);研究组住院时间、住院费用显著少于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论采用健康教育路径对2型糖尿病患者开展健康教育,能有效改善患者对糖尿病知识的掌握情况,提高患者参与治疗的意识,在良好控制血糖水平的同时,节约医疗资源,减少住院费用。 Objective To explore the effect of health education pathway utilized in the treatment of type 2 diabetes (T2D). Methods 130 T2D patients were randomly divided into two groups of 65 ones each, con- trol group received routine health education, research group did health education according to health educa- tion pathway, and whole treatment course was observed. Pre- and post-treatment blood glucose (BS) lev- el, mastering status of diabetes knowledge, satisfaction and hospitalization condition were added up and analyzed contrastively. Results After health education, fasting and postprandial blood glucose lowered more significant compared with pre-education in both groups (P〈0.01) and so did those in reseach group than in control group (P〈0.01) ; the control of fasting and postprandial blood glucose was better after ed- ucation compared with pre-education (P〈0.05 or 0.01) and so was that in reseach group than in control group (P〈0.01); mastering status of diabetes knowledge and satisfaction were significantly higher in re- seach group than in control group (P〈0.01) ; hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization were fewer in reseaeh group than in control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Health education according to health educa- tion pathway on T2D patients could effectively improve the mastering status of diabetes knowledge and pa- tients' conseiousness participating in treatment, save medical resource and reduce cost of hospitalization at the same time of control blood sugar level well.
