医学类独立院校毕业生就业焦虑现况及其相关因素研究

Study on the Employment Anxiety of Independent Medical College Graduates and Influencing Factors

目的探讨医学类独立院校毕业生就业焦虑的现状及其影响因素,为预防和干预医学类独立院校毕业生就业焦虑提供理论依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自制的学生基本情况调查表,对新乡医学院三全学院105名毕业生进行问卷调查。结果医学类独立院校毕业生就业焦虑情绪检出率为18.10%;女生的SAS评分高于男生,不同专业毕业生SAS评分由高到低依次为护理专业、药学专业、医技和临床专业,农村生源的毕业生SAS评分高于城镇生源毕业生,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医学类独立院校毕业生存在不同程度的就业焦虑,应有针对性地对医学类独立院校开展职业规划和就业指导教育,拓宽学生的就业思路,培养大学生多层次、多元化、个性化发展,加强学生临床实践动手能力的培养和提升。

Objective To investigate the employment anxiety of independent medical college graduates and its influen- cing factors in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and intervention of employment anxiety of independent medical college graduates. Methods Self Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Students＇ Basic Information Questionnaire were used to con- duct survey among 105 graduates from San Quan College of Xinxiang Medical College. Results The total ratio of employment anx- iety of independent medical college graduates was 18.10%. The SAS scores of girls were higher than boys, and the SAS scores of different majors from high to low were nursing, pharmacy, medical technology and clinical respectively. SAS scores of students from rural areas were higher than students from urban areas, but showed no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Con- elusion Graduates from medical colleges have different levels of employment anxieties. Education for career planning and career guidance should be carried out in medical colleges to expand students＇ horizon of employment and to cultivate students in a multi - level, diversified and personalized way as well as to enhance their practical abilities in clinic.
