摘要
坏疽性脓皮病(pyoderma gangrenosum)是一种少见的血管炎类皮肤病,病情较严重,常伴全身中毒症状和器官受累,具有侵袭性和复发性,死亡率较高。早期常因误诊而得不到有效治疗,从而加重病情的进展,甚至影响预后。现报告应用激素联合湿性疗法治疗坏疽性脓皮病1例,分享成功的诊治经验。
Pyoderma gangrenous is a rare and serious vasculitis of skin disease, often accompanied by symptoms of systemic poisoning and organ involvement and characterized by invasiveness and recurrence with high mortality rates. It cannot of- ten receive effective treatment at early stage due to misdiagnosis, which aggravates the disease progress or even affect the progno- sis. This paper reported a case of pyoderma gangrenosum successfully treated with the combination of corticosteroid and wet therapy to share its successful experience.
