摘要
目的:对高良姜(Alpinia officinarum Hance)根茎的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用多种色谱技术分离纯化, 通过理化常数和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离鉴定了 1 个杜松烷型倍半萜类化合物, 命名为 alpiniaterpeneA, 此外还利用量子化学计算方法对该化合物的绝对构型进行了确证。结论:化合物 1 为新化合物。
AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Alpinia officinarum. METHODS: Compounds were isolated by various column chromatographic methods, and their structures were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: A cadinane sesquiterpene, alpiniaterpene A (1), was isolated. Its structure with absolute configuration was established by means of HR-ESI, NMR, and quantum chemical CD calculation. CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new com- pound.
