摘要
锅炉设计不合理,实际燃用煤种和设计煤种偏差大,实际燃用煤种的灰熔点远远低于设计煤种的灰熔点,锅炉运行中由于燃烧工况发生变化有结焦趋势时,运行人员不能及时发现,从而导致结焦加剧,严重影响机组的安全运行。据此,本文提出了防止锅炉结焦的一些措施。
Due to the unreasonable design of the boiler, there was the large deviation between the practical coal and design coal, and the practical coal ash fusion point below the design coal ash fusion point and when the combustion condition changed result in the coking, the operation worker could not find immediately, which lead to coking more heavily, and harm the safe operation of the unit . So, there were some measures to prevent boiler from coking were presented in the paper.
