摘要
针对黄磷生产装置及操作工艺条件,给出了基于PLC的自动化控制系统的设计,包含控制模块选型、通迅方式、系统网络结构、上位机组态及工业电视监视系统,形成了完整的自动化控制中心.实现了黄磷生产的自动化控制,降低了生产工人的劳动强度,提高了生产装置的效率.
With view to yellow phosphorus production and operating process,the paper deals with the plc automation control system,including control units,communications,the system network structure,configuration and industrial tv monitoring system,construction automation control centers.Production of Yellow phosphate of automation control is realized,production workers reduced,and efficiency of production increased.
