摘要
三本院校在人才培养模式中也存在不少问题,学校所教授的知识和技能与社会所需不匹配;企业配合积极性不高,"以工代学"顶岗劳动不能起到实践教学作用;双师型教师极度短缺等,都是比较凸显的问题。文章针对这些问题,提出相应的对策,建立"工学结合"的人才培养模式,加深学生对企业的认识,并通过实验班的方式具体落实这一对策,总结经验,逐步形成模式后推广。
Problems in talent training mode exist in independent colleges. For example, the knowledge and skills taught in colleges can not meet the needs of the society; enterprises are not showing enthusiasm in cooperation; ＂School-work＂ post teaching can not play the practical teaching role; dual-qualified teachers are in extreme shortage. In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures：＂Work-integrated learning＂ talent cultivation mode should be established to help students to know more about enterprises. Some experimental classes can be used to carry out the countermeasures. Then the experience can be concluded and spreaded.
