摘要
采用有机前驱体浸渍法制备铸造用SiC基泡沫陶瓷过滤器,研究复合黏结剂和助烧剂对过滤器性能的影响。研究表明:硅溶胶―糊精、硅溶胶―聚乙烯醇、硅溶胶―羧甲基纤维素钠均按照质量比为2∶1作为复合黏结剂时(复合黏结剂的加入量为SiC质量的10%),硅溶胶―羧甲基纤维素钠作为复合黏结剂的挂浆效果、室温抗压强度和抗热震性最差;α-Al2O3作为助烧剂加入,其加入量在16.5%左右时,平均室温抗压强度为1.27 MPa,平均抗热震性次数为23次;悬浮剂黏土加入量在3.5%左右时,平均室温抗压强度为0.91 MPa,平均抗热震性次数为45次。
The polyurethane foam was used as carrier to fabricate SiC foam ceramics filters of foundry.Effects of composite agglomerants and sintering aids on properties of SiC-based foam ceramic filters were studied.The results show that when silica sol-dextrine,silica sol-polyving akohol(PVA) and silica sol-carboxyl methyl cellulose(CMC) all with weight ratio 2∶1 are respectively used as composites agglomerants,the hanging slurry effect of silica sol-CMC is relatively poor and the compressive strength at room temperature and thermal shock resistance are relatively low.When α-Al2O3 about 16.5% is added as a sintering aid,the average compressive strength at room temperature of the filters is 1.27 MPa and times of thermal shock resistance is 23.When the clay about 3.5% is added as suspension agent,the average compressive strength at room temperature is 0.91 MPa,and times of thermal shock resistance is 45.
