液体动静压轴承油腔结构对承载特性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 动静压轴承中油腔结构对轴承的承载能力有着一定的影响。本文在结构建模的基础上,基于FLUENT对液体动静压轴承压力场的分布进行了数值计算,分析了承载能力与油腔深度的关系。研究结果显示:浅油腔结构动静压轴承的承载能力比深油腔的承载力提高了17%,表明浅腔结构具有更好的承载性能。 Oil chamber structure of hydrostatic bearing has a certain influence on the bearing load capacity.By the structural modeling and computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT,the liquid hybrid bearing was analyzed.The relationship between carrying capacity and the oil chamber depth was analyzed.The results show that,compared to the deep oil chamber structure,the bearing carrying capacity of hydrostatic bearing with shallow oil cavity structure is increased by 17%.Hydrostatic bearing with shallow oil cavity structure has better capacity.
