苏州口岸鼠类种群结构和季节动态变化研究

Study of species composition and seasonal fluctuation of rats at Suzhou Port

目的了解苏州口岸鼠类种群结构和季节动态变化。方法于2010年8月-2011年7月采用夹夜法对苏州口岸的鼠类种群的构成、密度、季节消长情况进行了调查。结果共捕获鼠类87只,经鉴定隶属2目2科3属4种,小家鼠为优势鼠种;6月为高峰期,年平均鼠密度为1.02%。结论苏州口岸鼠密度较低,应继续加强鼠害监测与防制工作,进一步降低鼠密度,防止病媒传染病的发生。

Objective To grasp the species composition and seasonal fluctuation of rats at Suzhou port. Methods The night trapping method was used to systemically monitor the species composition, density and seasonal density fluctu- ation of rats at Suzhou port from August 2010 to July 2011. Results A total of 87 rats were captured, belonging to 4 species 3 genus 2 families 2 orders, Mus musculus was the dominate species. The highest density of rats appears in June, and the average annual density was 1.02%. Conclusion The rats density of Suzhou Port is relatively low, we should make continuous efforts to strengthen the prevention and control of rodents, further reduce the ro- dents density so that the infectious diseases caused by rats can be prevented.
