竖炉石灰窑风帽改造研究

摘要 为了提高竖炉石灰窑的生产率及其所生产的石灰的活性度 ,应用二维数学模型对竖炉石灰窑进行了模拟研究 结果表明 ,竖炉石灰窑生产率及其所生产的石灰活性度低是炉内气流分布不合理所致 而气流分布的不合理性反映了竖炉石灰窑风帽在结构上存在缺陷 针对这一问题 ,对安阳钢铁公司 2 0 0m3竖炉石灰窑的风帽结构进行了改造 ,采用的措施是在风帽顶部开孔打通中心气流 ,目的是消除或抑制竖炉石灰窑的中心卷吸 生产实际表明 ,风帽结构改造后石灰窑内的气流分布大大改善 ,所生产的石灰的活性度平均为 30 5 55ml,较风帽结构未经改造的同类型石灰窑所生产的石灰的活性度提高了 A 2D mathematical model was used to study lime shaft kiln in order to enhance the product efficiency and the lime’s reactive characteristic of these kilns.It shows that the low product effciency and reactive characteristic result from the irrational distribution of gas flow field in the kilns.The irrationality of gas flow field also reveals the defiencies in the blast cap construction.According to this problem,the blast cap construction of Anyang Iron and Steel Company’s 200 m 3 lime shaft kiln was renovated by means of opening holes at the top of the blast cap for air to flow in to eliminate or control the center engulfment.After the reconstruction,the distribution of gas flow field improves greatly,and the average reactive characteristic of the lime reaches 305.55 ml,which has increased by 50 ml over the same kind of kilns without reconstruction.
