摘要
目的建立固肠止泻丸中罂粟壳的质量控制方法。方法色谱柱采用Aglilent C8柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.005 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(16∶42∶42)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长220 nm。结果吗啡进样量在0.115 8～2.895μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),加样回收率为98.17%,RSD=2.85%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、重复性好,可对固肠止泻丸中吗啡进行定量控制,保障固肠止泻丸的安全性和有效性。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of morphine in Guchang Zhixie Pills. Methods The Aglilent C~ column（250 minx4.6 mm,5 ~Lm）column was used along with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L KH2PO4-0.005 mol/L CTHtsNaO3（16：42：42）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and UV detection at 220 nm. The temperature of the column was 30 C. Results The standard curve for morphine was linear over the range of 0. 115 8-2. 895 μg（r=0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 98. 17%, RSD =2.85% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It is proposed for the quality control of morphine in Guchang Zhixie Pills .
