中间包自由表面的数学模拟

A mathematical model to predict the free surface in tundish

为了更好的发挥中间包在冶金中的作用 ,研究了坝高、堰深、坝堰间距及中间包水口出流速度等因素对中间包自由表面的影响 试图通过营造中间包水口附近平稳的钢液面来减少卷渣 。

In order to make good use of the tundish,the influences of the velocity of outlet,the height of dam,the depth of weir and the distance between dam and weir on free surface in tundish were studied.based on the mathematical model of tundishes in Liuyang iron and steel company.Accordingly,a flat free surface around the outlet of tundish is created for reducing slag in steel to improve steel quality.
