猪瘟诊断技术研究进展

摘要 猪瘟是由猪瘟病毒引起的一种急性、热性、接触性传染病,近年来在我国的流行趋势与发病特点十分复杂,仍是我国养猪业的一大威胁.概述了猪瘟诊断技术的病原学方法、血清学方法和分子生物学方法等的研究进展,为相关养殖人员对猪瘟的诊断提供参考. Classical swine fever (CSF) caused by the CSF virus, is an acute, febrile, highly contagious disease in Pigs. Currently, for the complexity of epidemic features, CSF is still a threat to the healthy development of Chinese pig industry. This article summarized the progress on the technology for detection CSF, including etiology methods, serological methods and molecular biological methods, to provide reference for the diagnosis of CSF for farmers.
