摘要
在高压浓相输送试验台上进行煤粉输送试验,考察煤粉含水率对压损特性、质量流量的影响规律。结果表明:随着含水率的增加,褐煤的质量流量逐渐减小,烟煤的质量流量先增大后减小,相同含水率下褐煤的流动性较好。
Pneumatic conveying experiments of various moisture contents using nitrogen were carried out at the experi- mental facility with conveying capacity. The influences of moisture content on pressure drop, mass flow rate and stabili- ty were investigated. The results show that mass flow rate of lignite decrease but mass flow rate of bituminous coal in- creases at first and then decreases with the increase of moisture content. Flow ability of lignite is better than that of bi- tuminous coal at the similar moisture content.
