摘要
:针对包钢生产的 82B钢种在斯太尔摩冷却线上的冷却制度进行了研究 ,确定了该钢种应实施的吐丝温度及应采用的冷却速度 结果表明 ,82B合理的吐丝温度为 80 0℃ ,轧后最佳冷却速度范围为 :9 0~ 1 2℃
The cooling process of 82B wire produced by Baotou Iron and Steel Company under Stelmor cooling line was studied. The spin temperature and the cooling rate of this kind of wire were decided. The study result proves that the reasonable spin temperature of 82B is 800 ℃,and the best cooling rate after rooling ranges from 9.0 to 12.0 ℃/s.
