摘要 利用AVL BOOST软件建立了4190ZLC船用四冲程柴油机的仿真模型,并对柴油机进行了额定工况下的实验;通过对比仿真计算和实验结果,验证了仿真模型的正确性。利用建立的AVL BOOST仿真模型,研究了压缩比、燃烧起始角和配气相位对柴油机性能的影响;针对柴油机的输出功率,以气缸内最高爆发压力为约束条件、以油耗为优化目标,进行柴油机的优化计算,结果表明:优化后柴油机的性能有一定的提高。 A simulation model of 4190ZLC 4-stroke marine diesel engine is established by using AVL_BOOST software, and platform experiment is completed under rated operation conditions. Accuracy of the model is verified by the comparison between simulated and experimental results. Influence of compression ratio, starting angle of combustion and valve timing on the performance of diesel engine are discussed with the established AVL BOOST model. With respect to output power of the diesel engine, optimization calculation of the diesel engine is carried out, with cylinder peak pressure as a constraint condition, and fuel consumption rate as the object of optimization. Results show that performance of the optimized diesel engine is improved to some extent.
