摘要 应用疲劳试验研究了Ce的加入对铝合金疲劳性能的影响 ,在加载和观察同时进行的情况下 ,翔实地记载了裂纹萌生、扩展、失稳的全过程 应用损伤力学的观点分析了试验结果 ,在所定义的损伤变量的基础上 ,通过显微硬度试验 ,印证了损伤的演变规律 结果表明 ,Ce的加入细化了铝合金的晶粒 ,强化了晶界 ,增强了宏观韧性 ,裂纹扩展减缓 ,疲劳寿命增加 The effect of the addition of element Ce on the fatigue properties of Al Mg Si alloy was studied by means of testing the fatigue damage.The complete process from the crack appearance and propagation to the end of its stability was noted down in detail while taking the loading and observation simultaneously.The theory of the damage dynamics was applied to analyze the experiment results.The regular pattern of the fatigue damage changes was verified by microhardness test.It is shown that the addition of Ce refines the grain of the wrought alloy,strengthens its grain boundary,improves the macrotoughness of the alloy,slows down its crack propagation,and makes the fatigue life of the alloy increased to two times more than that of the same alloy without Ce.
