摘要
柔性管理是基于人们行为及心理现象的客观规律,采用非强制、柔性化方式的一种管理形式。在高校大学生思想道德素质建设中,引入以人为本的柔性管理模式是当代大学生思想状况下的内在要求和必然选择。为合理构建大学生思想道德素质柔性管理模式框架,应从教学结构、网络文化管理、育人理念等环节出发大力加强校园精神文化建设,将利益诉求机制引入到大学生思想道德素质管理工作中,同时在柔性管理实践中运用激励理论,建立高效激励机制。
Flexible management is a managing form bases on human behavior and the objective law of the psychological phenomenon, and is non-compulsory and flexible. In the construction of moral quality on college students, the introduction of the human-oriented flexibility management mode is the internal demand and inevitable choice on the thought condition of contemporary college students. For the construction of reasonable flexible management mode framework, we should strengthen the campus spiritual culture construction, and start from the teaching structure, network culture management and educational idea, and introduce interest demand mechanism into the moral quality on college students, at the same time, establish effective incentive mechanism by making use of incentive theory.
