摘要
反思性评价是指以被评价者为评价主体,以反思自我行为和理念为基本方式的一种评价。当前幼儿教师对反思性评价认识不足、评价内容单一、反思不够深入的情况较为普遍。引导幼儿教师运正确用反思性评价策略,积极开展反思性评价,是促进教师专业发展的有效途径。
Reflective evaluation refers to the assessment which regards the evaluated as the subject who reflects one's own behaviors and ideas. At present, it is common that kindergarten teachers have insufficient understanding in reflective evaluation, lack evaluation content and that they have not reflected deeply enough. The paper discusses that it is an effective way to develop kindergarten teachers' professionally by means of instructing them to use reflective evaluation strategy correctly.
