综合语言运用能力的形成是基础教育阶段英语课程的总目标,文化意识是形成综合语言运用能力的重要方面。在中学英语教学中,要重视跨文化交际能力的培养,为此,既要提高学生的语感,还应注重中西方文化差异的比较。

To cultivate the learners＇ comprehensive language application ability is the primary target of basic education. Cultural awareness is important to form the learners＇ comprehensive language application ability. English teaching at junior high school should pay attention to the intercultural communicative competence, therefore, not only to raise the student＇s language sense, but also emphasize the comparison of differences between Chinese and western culture as well.
