复退军人精神病康复防治网络开展前后对精神病患者生活质量影响的对照研究

Veterans of psychiatric rehabilitation prevention network development on psychiatric patients a comparative study of quality of life

目的:探讨精神病康复防治网络对患者生活质量的影响。方法:建立复退军人精神病康复防治网络,对患者及其家庭进行免费投药、康复培训、提供精神病相关知识培训。评定网络建立前后复退军人精神病患者的相关情况及自知力、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)的生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生、兴趣性四个条目、生活质量评定综合问卷(GQOLI-74)。结果:防治网络建立前后自知力、BPRS、IPROS和GQOLI-74评分比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:复退军人精神病康复防治网络的建立对复退军人精神病患者的治疗、康复有肯定作用,明显改善了病人的自知力,提高了病人的生活质量,社会效益明显,意义重大。

Objective：To explore the prevention and treatment of psychiatric rehabilitation network impact on quality of life of patients. Methods：The veterans psychiatric rehabilitation prevention network, the patients and their families were free dosing, rehabilitation training, the provision of psychiatric knowledge training. Evaluation of network veterans of psychotic patients before and after the establishment of the relevant circumstances and insight, the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （ BPRS ）, hospitalized mental patients re- habilitation effect Rating Scale （ IPROS ） living ability, social ability, pay attention to hygiene, the interest of four entries, quality of life assessment comprehensive questionnaire （ GQOLI - 74 ）. Results： Before and after the establishment of control network of insight, BPRS, IPROS and GQOLI -74 score was significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Veterans psychiatric rehabilitation prevention network of veterans of psychotic patients treatment, rehabilitation has a positive role, can significantly improve the patient＇s insight, improves the patient＇s quality of life, social benefit is apparent, of great significance.
