This paper is to study the functions of women＇ s federations in rural women＇ s development, which means that women＇ s federations exert functions through these channels ： the promotion of women＇ s comprehensive quali- ties, the development of women＇ s talents, the improvement of external environment where women participate, the exploration of a vehicle that agrees with rural women＇ s development. This will offer suggestions to rural women＇ s development in rural construction.
