开放教育“双证融通”存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Existing Problems and Measures of “Dual Certificates Accommodation” in Open Education

在开放教育各专业推行"双证融通"教育制度,有利于培养出高素质的技能型人才,然而现在的双证还没有达到完全融通的地步,存在着诸如教学与证书缺乏联系、"双师型"教师力量不足、实训条件较差等问题,必须要重构课程体系,改革教学和考试模式,建立相应的考评体系,强化师资队伍建设,完善实训条件,才能达到预期目的。

Implementing ＂Dual Certificates Accommodation＂ education system in open education will help to cultivate qualified and skilled talents. But dual certificates cannot accommodate completely. There still exist a lot of problems, such as the lacking of contact between teaching and certificate, shortage of ＂double--qualification teachers＂, poor training condition. To achieve the expected objectives, measures should be taken to reconstruct the course system, reform the teaching and examination mode, establish the corresponding appraisal system, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.
