Forecast on the Scale for Urban-Rural Investment in Fixed Assets of the Whole Society in China

近30年来中国全社会固定资产投资在城乡区域间的差距呈不断扩大趋势,未来时期这种差距还将长期存在。因此,"十二五"及未来更长时期,必须充分重视城乡固定资产投资差距与城乡总体发展水平之间的有机联系,加大农村地区的固定资产投资规模与结构,从而为缩小城乡发展差距和实现城乡经济社会一体化发展提供基本带动力量和基础保障。

The gap of the total fixed asset investment between urban and rural areas shows a constantly widening trend in the past 30 years, and it will remain in a further long period of time. So in the ＂12th five-year plan＂ and further future, full attention should be paid to the gap of the fixed asset investment be- tween urban and rural areas and the organic link between overall development of the urban and rural areas, increasing the fixed assets investment scale and structure in rural areas, thus to offer the basic driving force and the basic guarantee for narrowing the urban-rural development gap and realizing the integrated development for urban and rural economy and society.
