It has great significance, in promoting the social stability and development, to strengthen the ideological and political education of rural migrant workers and enable them to adapt to urban life as soon as possible. In order to deal with their worries and problems, the government, the society, their en- terprise and the community may offer ideological guidance and help them to establish a scientific world out- look, outlook on life and values, improving their ideological and moral standards and political and cultural qualities as well.
