大学传统视野下的高校廉政文化建设

Incorruptible Culture Construction in Universities under the Perspective of the College Traditions

纵观世界大学发展史,作为一个"多权力中心"的组织,大学是一个充满了道德感的共同体,大学人对于知识的共同信仰决定了大学对于腐败文化有着天然的抵制。从大学传统的视角来看,我国高校近年来频发的腐败现象与我国大学传统的缺失密切相关。要在高校开展廉政文化建设,就必须高扬理想主义的大学传统,形成道德共识;在改革的路径上,从系统的观点出发培育大学传统;在制度设计上,变个人的权力为公共的权力。

Throughout the historical development of universities in the world, as a ＂power center＂ organization, university is a moral community; the common belief for knowledge made people there has a natural resistance for corruption culture. From the perspective of the university traditions,frequent corruption in our colleges and universities in recent years is closely related to the absence of China＇s university traditions. To carry out the incorruptible culture construction in universities,we must raise the idealistic tradition and form a moral consensus;in the path of reform,from the viewpoint of system to foster university tradi- tion;on the design of the system,change personal power for public power.
