Mechanisms & Measures of Practice Training Base Construction for Marine Science Students——The Fourth Thesis of the Concerning Ocean Discipline Specialty Group Construction in Qinzhou University

构建涉海学科专业群,建设与之相适应的实习实训基地,一要建立政府为主导、多元投资建设涉海学科专业实习实训基地的机制;二要建立校企共赢的合作制度与机制;三要加强校内实习实训基地建设,发挥其优势提高其效益;四要产学研相结合,不断巩固和提高实习实训基地的建设水平;五要多种形式、多管齐下,加快"双师型"

In order to establish a set of courses for marine science,and to construct apprentice training bases for the students of marine science,the following measures should be taken into account：firstly,a mechanism of government--led and multiple in- vestment in constructing practice bases should be established; secondly, a win--win cooperation mechanism between university and enterprise should be established;thirdly, the campus practice training center construction should be strengthened to promote its advantages and efficiency;fourthly,the integration of production, teaching and research should be enforced to consolidate and improve the practice training bases;fifthly, construction of the ＂double competency teaching staff＂ should be enhanced through variety forms and multi--pronged approaches.
