摘要
开放、迅捷、多元的微博具有引导和释疑功能,对法学教育,特别是对法律文书教学具有重要意义。教师将教学重点用精炼的语言发布在微博与学生分享,学生通过关注微博、微博评价、微博私信实现课后自主学习。
The micro--blog can guide and clear up doubts. It is of great significance for legal education,especially in the teaching of legal instruments. The teachers publish teaching points to share with their students on the micro--biog. Through concerning, appraising, feedback on the micro--blog, the students can learn themselves after school.
